Ahhhh..... this could be one of those big mystery surprises.... actually it is, but it is not the two big things I was working on. :P

The idea is there, but the execution is lackluster.

It's a common game type (i.e. catch/avoid the falling x) and while this follows the general idea, it does so at the bare minimum.

I like the idea of going through doors to progress, but notably at the "choose a level" room, going into the Extra Level door was a hassle simply based on the fact there is no obvious "hot spot" for the cat that lets me know what door I'm in front of.

On the idea of the hot spot, the collision detection for the cat was a hassle to deal with when it came down to avoiding poisoned fish. This problem can be lessened by simply adding a third fish type that makes up for the possible impossibilities that can arise in the fishes positioning. If you want a surefire method on how to avoid impossible structures of poison fish, look into kinematics. Alternatively, you can simply make the cat smaller

With kinematics in mind, the character moves too slowly to allow for a true feel for control for this game type. If there was a slight bit of acceleration and a top speed somewhat higher than what it currently is, there would be less issue in avoiding poisoned fish.

Touching on one more point, it was obvious that the generation of fish was somewhat "ugly". They would all fall at the same speed and sometimes on the exact same y co-ordinate. It did not appear random and at the end had me sitting and waiting for upwards of 45 seconds simply for a fish to appear that wasn't overlapping a poison fish.

If you add a few variables such as max fish on the screen and a minimum time between fish of certain types appearing you can get a better feeling of pseudo-randomness. If you throw in variable speeds between fish the game will feel less bland without putting much more work in.

I like the Extra Level, but it is further plagued with the idea that there is no algorithm for determining if a screen is possible or not, so you're basically relying on playing it over and over again wishing the random number generator is on your side to break your high score.

With a few small tweaks the game can be taken from amateur one-shot to indie big-hit in no time! (-;

I think this is ultimately amazing and takes a lot of skill to program a game and taking your age into account this is really good. Now, time to be less official like and stuff: OH MAH GOD I LIKE THE LITTLE FISHIES AND STUFF AND THE ROTTING FISHIES AND THE EXTRA LEVEL RA RA RA RA RA RA RA~!

The originality is pretty good, but I took a star off only because there are quite a few games like this. eg: the lilo and stitch game where you catch sandwich components.
Impact, I don't really know what I am supposed to write about impact, but I gave it four stars because the game impacted me, but not five star impacted me, you know? (that doesn't really help but oh well)

I liked the cat. <3 He was so cute. And i liked the game. It was easy to play and could be a time-waster like so many games are. ^_^ So cute though. I kinda wish there were more levels!! ^___^ And that's all. <3
